Vendor Selection	Our matrix method, drawn from many years in the IT industry, will assist in defining your essential requirements. We can then create a weighted structure to impartially come up with a vendor shortlist. From there you can either go it alone, or ask us to be part of the selection process by attendance at demonstrations etc.
Vendor Management	Once the selection of a vendor has been made, we can provide assistance in cultivating a good working relationship to smooth the delivery of the project. We have extensive experience both as supplier and customer in the IT industry so have seen the process from both sides.
Technical Project Management	Managing the technical delivery of software and infrastructure change provides a unique challenge. We are able to draw on our proven track record of delivering small and large scale technical projects in a variety of technical arenas.
Development Methodologies	We have been involved in software development since the early 1980s, so have lived through a large number of changes in development paradigms. We are well positioned to act in a consultancy role to help you move from one to the other. We can also assist in cleaning up any development processes that you have now and wish to keep.
Requirements Gathering	Using tried and tested methods, we can perform many of the tasks involved in finding out exactly what the end-users want. We see this as an essential stage in any project as many of the bumps in the road during a project's life are caused by differences between user expectation and what they actually get.
Analysis and Design	Taking the requirements from above, we are able to produce robust, innovative and functional top-level designs that can be taken further by your development team. Alternatively, if you don't have your own team, we can discuss out-sourcing strategies and management.
Implementation and Release Management	Once the application is ready for use, it needs to be implemented in a managed, structured way. Our experience using ITIL methods is able to assist.
Configuration Management	Whether your application is a small, single-user product, or a large enterprise-wide Oracle database, configuration management is an essential task to perform. Without it, control of the software versions, releases, and defects is quickly lost. We have experience in designing and developing a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that performed this function for the single largest European Retail IT project in recent years.
